AI Training & Data

Egocentric Video Collection

Real-world, first-person footage: collected, consented and ready to train on. First-person video of real activities, captured by briefed contributors to your script, privacy-screened and delivered with full metadata.

Overview

Why it matters, and how we handle it

Robotics, embodied AI and smart-glasses models learn from how people actually see and do things. That data is hard to source: it needs the right people, consistent capture standards, informed consent and careful privacy handling.

Evaryn runs the whole collection pipeline for you: scenario design, contributor recruitment and briefing, capture, screening and delivery, with every clip checked against your spec before it leaves us.

Where clients use it

  • Robotics and embodied AI
  • AR/VR and smart glasses
  • Activity recognition and video understanding
  • Workplace, retail and hospitality process training

How we deliver

A managed process, not a hand-off

Every project follows the same five stages, so you always know where your work stands and who is responsible for it.

  1. Brief and scope

We confirm your goals, volume, deadline and acceptance criteria, and agree a pilot batch where it makes sense.

  2. Specialist match

Your project goes to team members approved for this category of work.

  3. Production

Work is completed to your guidelines, with deadlines tracked and reminders built in.

  4. Peer review

A second specialist checks accuracy and completeness and sends anything that falls short back for revision.

  5. QA and delivery

A final quality gate signs off the deliverables before they reach you. Your feedback loops straight back to the team.

Built-in quality

Checked twice before it reaches you

Quality is part of the workflow. Nothing is delivered until it has passed both a peer review and a final QA check.

  • Pilot collection so you approve capture quality before volume ramps up
  • Every clip screened against your capture spec
  • Independent review, then a final QA gate before delivery
  • Consent and privacy handled as part of the process, not an afterthought
  • Work is assigned only to named, vetted team members, and we follow the data-handling requirements you set out at scoping.

Questions

Good to know before you start

What equipment is used for capture?

Capture is done on the devices you specify or approve. We confirm device, resolution, frame rate and mounting requirements at scoping.

How do you handle consent and privacy?

Contributors give informed consent before capture, and we record it. We apply your restricted-location rules and can blur faces, screens and personal information on request.

Can you also label the footage?

Yes. Our annotation teams can add action segments, object and hand-interaction labels and captions, reviewed through the same two-gate quality process.
